About RMA

Before you return a part under warranty you have to get an RMA number, just like the other suppliers. Any parts returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to you. We offer a 30 day DOA warranty and full manufacturers warranties. Some we will take care of, like memory and laptops. Others will be handled by the manufacturers. Be very sure of what you order and pay for. We can get any part you want but saying you made a mistake in the model, socket type or size is not an acceptable excuse for returns. In special cases we will accept returns subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.
